It's interesting to compare and contrast Masumi Sera there with the last student we saw transfer to Shinichi's class - Eisuke Hondou, a boy that comes off a bit girlish, incredibly klutzy, sickly (at least before the bone marrow transplant from Hidemi, speaking of which...), but also bears a resemblance to someone we've met who has... 'history' with the Organization.

Also, this case is a bit like the one where we met Subaru, but here, suspects are coded in social media posts as animals instead of in a boy's diary as colours (and the boy and his dad were just hospitalized for a bit).

What would be the kids reaction when conan said he is Shinichi

Conan already has already used almost all of his 'weapons' from Prof. A's 'arsenal' in front of the Detective Boy's Club more than once before this episode. Conan used his voice changer bowtie behind Prof. A. back and they saw him. the 'tranquilizer watch' has saved their lives several times. the 'magic sneakers' and 'instant soccer ball belt-buckle' took out several bad guys in DBC cases. Genta even used a secondary pair of 'expanding/contracting pants suspenders' to climb a tree and catch some rhino beetles. if it wasn't for the tracking circuits in the DBC Badges and matching eyeglasses Conan wears, Ayumi would have been lost and in serious danger very VERY early on in the franchise. she had hidden in a 'strange pair of guys' car trunk, and they drove off unknowingly kidnapping her.

basically, the DBC are Conan's flunkies, lackies, foot-soldiers, ground pounders, grunts... the only one Conan can't just tell what to do is Haibara because she's actually OLDER and more educated than Shin. i would guess the Black Org. put her through at least a PhD. course in the USA when she was younger. you don't work on a crazy drug like Apox etc. without a serious education. plus, she knows the whole story so... shrug... he really has no 'shrink no jutsu' to use on her like he can on the kids. amongst the DBC Haibara is the only one who's even close to being Conan's 'partner' both intellectually and experientially.

therefore Conan using the bowtie like that will be easily explained away.

They all know Conan has prof's gadgets and he's weird or more like acting like an adult but they got no clue about Shinichi being conan, that's all.

Honestly they probably be like ran and spill the beans .Remember hattori’s reaction to finding about the truth the almost told ran but eventually decided against and sorta became this best friend to Conan

Quack Detective fails to solve a case which results in the Mouri Detective Agency being held hostage by a bomber, most believable plot-line so far lol
